LustVault is an index aggregator portal and local testing framework. This website does not host, store, or upload any video or audio files. All video assets and metadata (including titles, durations, tags, and thumbnails) displayed on this platform are retrieved dynamically and embedded via public, third-party APIs (e.g. RedTube API).
All video playback is handled by standard iframe players of the respective third-party platforms. All copyright and content liability lies solely with the source platforms. LustVault has no capability to modify or control original video assets.
2. DMCA Takedown Policy (Copyright Infringement)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner and believe that any referenced content on our platform infringes your copyrights, you may submit a takedown notification in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Because LustVault only aggregates embed links, the most effective way to protect your rights is to submit a removal request directly to the hosting site (such as RedTube). Once the source content is deleted at the origin, the embedded player on our website will automatically cease to function.
To request local blocking or removal of content indexing from LustVault, please send an email containing the following information to our designated agent:
- Proof of authorization or ownership of the copyrighted work.
- The specific URL or Video ID on our platform (e.g., watch.html?id=xxxx).
- Your valid contact information, including name, phone number, and email address.
- A statement made in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
3. Rapid Removal Channel
Upon receiving a valid and complete takedown request, we will remove the matching video metadata from our local database and block it from future indexing within 24-48 hours. Our admin interface features rapid batch cleaning channels to address infringement notifications swiftly.
